Sadly, this is reality for many Catholics in remote mission areas across the world. They long for a simple, modest chapel for their community - a space where they can continue to deepen their faith and celebrate the sacraments. You can help them realize this dream.

Your donation will purchase the materials needed to build a mission chapel, and your chapel will be built by the local people who will worship there. We invite you to name the mission chapel, perhaps in the honor of family member, friend or favorite saint. A commemorative plaque will be placed inside the chapel as a testament to your role in building the chapel. We will also send you a photograph of your chapel, so you may see with your own eyes the result of your lasting and special gift.

Repair a Mission Chapel
Tornadoes, floods, tsunamis... earthquakes and mudslides can ruin buildings, sometimes whole villages. Extreme weather in many mission areas has already damaged local mission chapels. In these poor mission communities across the world––where local people have worked hard to build their place of worship––many of these chapels are in need of repair. Your gift, in any amount, will help restore these chapels as dignified places of worship for the faithful in the most remote corners of the globe.
